We are looking for a curious and motivated Junior UX Designer to join our distributed product team from Barcelona. In this role, you will help shape user experiences that are both delightful and measurably effective, working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers. You will contribute to the execution of our design roadmap while learning how to translate business goals into clear product requirements. We value designers who are comfortable navigating uncertainty and who enjoy validating ideas through structured experimentation. Responsibilities

  • Help drive execution of the product design roadmap by turning ideas into shippable,well-scoped deliverables
  • Collaborate with product managers to define clear requirements,user flows,and acceptance criteria for new features
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and inform design decisions
  • Prepare and present design updates,prototypes,and rationale to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency across web and mobile surfaces.

Requirements

  • At least three years of relevant experience designing digital products in a professional setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
  • Demonstrated comfort working in ambiguous environments where priorities and requirements evolve frequently
  • A portfolio or set of case studies that shows your process,your thinking,and measurable outcomes
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles,interaction patterns,and accessibility fundamentals.

Nice to have

  • Previous exposure to designing for B2B SaaS products with complex user workflows
  • Experience working in marketplace environments balancing the needs of multiple user personas
  • Familiarity with designing for API-driven products and developer-facing experiences
  • Exposure to AI-powered product features and the unique design challenges they introduce.
