Design high-quality, end-to-end product experiences across RethinkFirst’s ecosystem, improving behavioral health outcomes through AI, data, and user-centered design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, intuitive solutions across healthcare, education, and enterprise products.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality product experiences across multiple products and platforms,Lead design for features and workflows across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and subject matter experts,Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes,Deliver high-fidelity designs and clear design specifications,Use Figma to produce polished, scalable design solutions,Experiment with AI-assisted prototyping to validate concepts,Present design work clearly to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design or UX/UI experience,Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design and product impact,Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, prototyping),Experience designing complex SaaS products (web or mobile),Experience using AI tools for prototyping or design workflows,Strong understanding of user-centered design and interaction design

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or education products,Experience working with AI-driven products,Experience collaborating with subject matter experts,Familiarity with behavioral health or clinical workflows
